Refunds & cancellation

Cancel recurring billing or contact us about a purchase. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions.

Cancel a subscription

For Stripe subscriptions, sign in, open the account menu, and select “Manage subscription.” Complete the cancellation steps in the billing portal and check the effective cancellation date shown there. If cancellation is unavailable or you cannot sign in, contact newyearnewlife001@gmail.com.

For a PayPal subscription, manage the merchant's automatic payment in your PayPal account, or contact us for help. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Do not assume cancellation is complete just because you have sent a message.

Signing out, no longer using the site, or deleting browser data does not stop recurring billing. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Credit-pack refunds

A Stripe credit-pack purchase can be submitted for an automatic full refund from “Billing & Credits” in the account menu only during the first 24 hours after the credits are added. All credits from that specific purchase must still be unused. Automatic partial refunds are not offered, and each order can be submitted only once.

If the automatic option is unavailable, or if the issue involves a duplicate charge, missing credits, or service failure, email newyearnewlife001@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, transaction or receipt ID, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords.

This policy does not offer an additional unconditional 7-day or 14-day money-back guarantee. A request or subscription cancellation does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved.

Used credits and interrupted sessions

Credits are spent when you confirm and start a session. Exiting does not automatically restore them. If an error prevented you from using the session, include the approximate time and exam name so we can investigate the transaction and session records.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page excludes refunds, withdrawal rights, or other remedies required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
